Returns and Exchanges
At Groovy Cats n Dogs we always want pets and their parents to be
‘ultimuttly’ satisfied! We gladly accept returns for items purchased in our
store or through our website. If the item was purchased at our store, just
bring the item in new condition with the tags and the original receipt back to
Groovy Cats n Dogs store for an easy refund or exchange. After 30 days and up
to 60 days from date of purchase, refunds will be issued in store credit only.

If an item isn't working out for your dog or cat or you think that you've
received a defective item or item in error please email us at
support@shopgroovycatsndogs.com or call us at 1-888-000-0000 and we'll do our
best to help! Remember that pets should be supervised when playing with toys,
as no toy is completely indestructible.
Orders placed online can be returned to our store or to our Returns
Department at the address below. To receive credit items must be returned in
new condition with tags and the receipt included. Shipping charges are not
credited on any returns purchased from our online store.

When shipping your return be sure to include a copy of the packing slip and
to use a reputable shipper that provides tracking as we are not responsible for
lost or damaged return shipments. Please allow 2 weeks for processing and the
credit for your items to be applied to your account.
Due to our rapidly changing inventory, ShopGroovyCatsNDogs.com does not
recommend exchanges for online purchases. To guarantee that the items you like
are in stock please contact us, or place a new order online at any time and
send the returned items back to us for a refund.
Orders that are refused at the time of delivery will not have the original
shipping charges refunded and may be subject to additional shipping or
restocking fees. To be eligible for credit all returns must be delivered to the
address above.
Shipping Options and Rates
Groovy Cats n Dogs has partnered with UPS to provide the fastest and most
reliable shipping options available. All ground shipping orders including
expedited, large orders and oversized items will be shipped through UPS. Most
orders ship within 1 business day after credit card approval, please see below
for more information on available shipping methods. Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska may be subject to
additional shipping charges. We are unable to ship to PO
boxes at this time.
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS
Tracking Number. Orders may arrive in multiple packages as we ship directly
from our store and some items ship directly from the designer.
Ground Shipping - UPS Ground Shipping - A fast and affordable shipping
method for delivery within 2 to 6 business days depending on location. All
orders ship from our Central Florida store
location with orders shipping to the West typically arriving in 4 to 5 days!
